Banquet Server

Summary:

To set up banquet table linens, place settings and centerpieces, serve all food and beverages and clear away dishes and table linens in a professional manner and in compliance with company policies, and legal considerations.

Qualifications:

  • Individual must have comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage preparations
  • service standards
  • guest relations and etiquette.
  • Individual must have knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.
  • Knowledge of all applicable federal
  • state and local health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to operate various food and beverage equipment present at a function.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English; both orally and written
  • Must exhibit positive interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs and varied business contacts
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures
