Doorperson/Bell person
Summary:
Assists with guest arrival, transportation areas. Opens doors and greets guests as they enter and leave the hotel. Takes luggage to and from guest rooms as the guest has specified. Answer questions about the hotel and local area. Serves as official greeter of guests/visitors; serves as official escort of guests/visitors throughout areas of the property and luggage handling in a courteous and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- Must have an excellent guest service approach in dealing with guests/team members.
- Must have excellent organizational
- verbal
- interpersonal and guest relation skills
- Must be able to follow verbal as well as written instructions
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities and tasks.
- Prior experience in a hotel/motel environment preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year guest service experience.
- Will be responsible for the deliverance of the highest level of guest service to all guests
- VIP's
- and co-workers.
- Must be able to work any shift assigned to include days
- swing
- grave
- weekends and/or holidays.
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for prolonged periods of time.
